90-Day Return Policy

We provide a 90-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. If 90 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will not be able to start a return until your order is in transit

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note that refunds will not be issued in cases where the buyer has provided an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and help you resolve it as soon as possible.

How to initiate a return process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team: Before sending back the item, please get in touch with our customer support team and provide us with your Order Number. You can reach us via e-mail at or via the contact form on our contact page.
  2. Wait for the Return Request to be processed (1-2 Days)
  3. When your return request is accepted you will need to send the parcel with your returning items to the following address:

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International return shipping costs

  • if you want to return an item that was bought using a paid express shipping method – we will print a shipping label for you and pay for all the shipping costs.

  • If you want to return an item bought with a free shipping option – all the return shipping costs are on your side.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process as outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Make exchanges when:

  • You need a different size of the same item
  • You need a different color of the same item
  • And the replacement item is the same price you paid originally.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items include:
