Basic delivery information

Order processing: 2-7 Days.
Shipping to US & Canada: 10-25 Days.
Shipping to EU and other countries: 14-25 Days.

Order Tracking.

Periods of inevitable delay: 20 Jan – 20 Feb due to the Lunar New Year Holidays. In this period most of the transporting companies won’t be sending any packages until the Lunar New Year end.

We’re collaborating with the Yanwen Express transporting company to offer Free Shipping for all of our customers. If you experiencing troubles with Tracking or Shipping timing, please, Contact Us or the seller directly.

Due to the various vendor locations, the overall shipping rules may differ for specific items. You may find the exact shipping information under the “Shipping” tab right under the product description.

If your cart will have products from different sellers, you will get separate tracking numbers for each seller. In other cases, if the total weight of a parcel is lower than 2 kilograms – all products will be packed in a single package with only one tracking number.

If you’ve been mistaken about shipping information or, perhaps, want to cancel your order, then please send us an e-mail as soon as possible. Once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes or arrange an instant refund.

We are not responsible for any custom delivery fees applicable to some countries.
